All orders include tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you, in accordance with our Returns & Replacements Policy.
